3. Data Collection on Our Website: Server Log Files
The website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This information includes:

This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Data processing is carried out in accordance with legal requirements to fulfill the treatment agreement between you and your physician and the associated obligations. To this end, we process your personal data, in particular your health data. This includes medical histories, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and findings collected by us or other physicians. For these purposes, other doctors or psychotherapists with whom you are undergoing treatment may also provide us with data (e.g., in medical reports). The collection of health data is a prerequisite for your treatment. If the necessary information is not provided, proper treatment cannot be provided.

Recipients of Your Data
We will only transfer your personal data to third parties if this is permitted by law or if you have given your consent.
Recipients of your personal data may primarily include other physicians, psychotherapists, associations of panel physicians, health insurance companies, the Medical Service of the Health Insurance, medical associations, and private medical clearinghouses.
The transfer is primarily for the purpose of billing for services provided to you, and to clarify medical issues and questions arising from your insurance relationship. In individual cases, data may be transferred to other authorized recipients.

Storage of Your Data
We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to provide treatment.
Due to legal requirements, we are obligated to retain this data for at least 10 years after the completion of treatment. Other regulations may result in longer retention periods, e.g., 30 years for X-ray records pursuant to Section 28(3) of the X-ray Ordinance.

Your Rights
You have the right to access the personal data concerning you. You may also request the correction of inaccurate data. Furthermore, under certain conditions, you have the right to erasure of data, the right to restrict data processing, and the right to data portability.
The processing of your data is based on legal regulations. We require your consent only in exceptional cases. In such cases, you have the right to withdraw your consent for future processing.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is not lawful.

Legal Basis

5. Use of Google Services
We use the following technologies provided by Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). The information automatically collected by Google’s technologies regarding your use of our website is generally transmitted to and stored on a server operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. There is no adequacy decision by the European Commission for the United States. Our cooperation is based on the European Commission’s Standard Data Protection Clauses. If your IP address is collected via Google technologies, it is truncated before being stored on Google’s servers by activating IP anonymization. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server and truncated there. Unless otherwise specified for individual technologies, data processing is based on an agreement concluded between joint controllers pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR for the respective technology. Further information about data processing by Google can be found in Google’s privacy policy.

Google Maps
To display geographic information visually, Google Maps collects data about your use of the Maps features—specifically your IP address and location data—which is transmitted to Google and subsequently processed by Google. We have no influence over this subsequent data processing.
